[C320-list] Success removing the old Maxwell 500 winch

Thanks to all for the help and advice.  The magic combination was a heat
gun (it took three hot/cool down cycles), a bunch of wooden wedges, a
medium pry bar, a hammer, and some muscle to get the drum off the shaft.
 After that it was easy.

Now to install the much larger Maxwell VW10 with chain wheel.  I will try
to pay attention to the process in case anyone else is considering the
upgrade, which involves heavier gauge wiring and a bigger breaker at the
panel.

BTW: Maxwell was very helpful at several stages in the process, including
emails and phone calls and tolerating some really stupid questions. Good
service is definitely appreciated.
