[C320-list] Head fresh water not pumping

Hey Bill,

Had the same problem with #361.  Prevailing wisdom suggested overhauling
the manual pump.  When I looked into the cost it was cheaper to go to West
Marine and get the new style Jabsco.  Bolts into the same holes.  About an
hour of work....no worries.
