[C320-list] Documentation number location

Well, yes...  we have a routed coast guard documentation number board and
have been meaning to attach it for about 11 years now...  

The numbers are supposed to be attached in a way that would be obvious if
they were removed...  That's pretty much an impossible task since just about
anything can be repaired and covered up.  

We intended to glue them high inside the back wall of the port cockpit
locker but haven't yet...  Maybe this year will be a winner?

Does everyone use a routed piece if wood? Is it glued down? Screwed?
