[C320-list] TRANSMISSION OIL LEVEL

I roughened up the dipstick with a file a little to help read the 
transmission oil level a little better.  On Hull 894 (2002) with Yanmar 
3GM30F just insert the dipstick without screwing in it to measure oil level.
