[C320-list] Optimum Heel

Some heel is good, to much heel is bad.  Ten percent preferably, fifteen on
the high side.  In light winds when racing I send the crew to the leeward
side to create some heel.

I find that this boat rounds up quickly when to much sail is up.  I have a
deep fin keel.
