[C320-list] Backstay adjuster.

It is indeed the "squeezer" type on the split backstay. I investigated a hydraulic tensioner  but the price scared me away! I would say that the increase in performance is worth the investment and will not affect the PHRF rating. Garhauer has them if you're not aware.CheersJohnM1999#574
