[C320-list] Changing Coolant

In preparation for the end of season haul out, I drained 13.5 cups of coolant from my Yanmar 3YM30.  I drained the coolant from the bottom of a hose 'loop' just below the alternator.

I can only get 10 cups back in ...  The engine warms up to about 160 @ 2000 RPM (at the dock, unloaded).

I will give it a longer run (5 hours) later this week when we take her across Lake Michigan and would like to make sure I don't overheat.

Is there a way to burp the system so I can add more coolant?
