[C320-list] Yanmar Engine Zinc

I've been reading up about marine diesel engines.  I hadn't realized that a
Yanmar 3GM30F engine has internal zincs that should be changed periodically.
I believe I've located two of them but before I unscrew the brass nut
holding them in place I thought I'd consult with fellow owners to find out:

Do I need to drain all the anti-freeze first?

My boat is a 1997 with a 3GM30F Yanmar engine what size zincs does it take?

How often do you change them?
