John,
Is the hatch seal that is part of the assembly leaking or the bedding
between the hatch assembly and the deck? If the bedding is leaking I would
recommend that you remove the hatch and check to insure that the core is
sealed with epoxy and then re-bed it. Another C320 owner discovered that
the balsa core was not sealed after the deck was cut. I checked mine and it
was sealed. For bedding I used 3M Fast Cure 4000 UV. It is intended for
bedding ports and hatches.
