[C320-list] Yanmar Engine Zinc

Thanks guys, my generic reading about engine zincs had me thinking that the
3GM30F had them.  Well, that's one less task to take care of during spring
commissioning.

As far as I know these engines do not have any zinc anodes. My engine which
is a 1998 does not have them, however your's may; Be a good idea to check
