[C320-list] Winter fuel surprise

How do you remove the cabin sole to get access to the area between the liner
and the hull? There are gaps around the drain holes that go between the
bilge compartments on our boat. I'd like to seal off those cracks but
wondered if there might be water between the liner and the hull and want to
first remove it before sealing. How can I check this and drain any water
that might be there?

Marko,
You may want to consider removing the cabin sole and try removing the
remaining fuel that may be trapped between the liner and the hull with a
shop vac. Until you are certain that all fuel is purged from under the
liner you may not know how much more is available to leak into the bilge
area if your bilge leaks to and from the area below the liner and bilge
liner.
I have found that both Dawn and Simple Green do a good job when cleaning up
fuel.
