[C320-list] Genoa Foot Blocks

I think they can, and that's what Guido would do, but he's good at this stuff. The bearings are not captive, and I'm sure I'd end up with them all over the deck. For $200, I'd prefer to just swap them out.  Four screws per side out, in, done.
