[C320-list] Passenger Capacity

One rule for calculating capacity is Length  X Width / 15 which puts the
capacity at 26.  Won't do that on my boat.  Common sense is the rule.

Not that this has anything to do with it but there are 11 places in the
cockpit to sit. Won't do that on my boat either.

Most I had at one time on our boat is 8 and 4 were children.
