Gents,
Old age has finally caught up with me and I am selling our 1/4 share in
Isle of Wight, a 2001 #851.
We have many upgrades and the partnership agreement LLC requires all major
maintenance be done by professionals so that the boat is in pristine
condition.

No work days other than commissioning and decommissioning each year.
Yearly cost per share approximately $1800.00 that has 7 scheduled weeks for
the season starting early April through

Share being offered at $17,000.00

Boat berthed at a private dock on Sue Creek, off Middle River on the
Chesapeake.
