[C320-list] led bulbs again

I have switched out the eight original (10 watt?) incandescent saloon and kitchen lights in my hull 67. The original fixtures are "festoon type" and were used in the earlier hulls. Other posts seem to indicate newer boats had 'pin type' halogen bulbs and maybe 'rotatable' housings which can be aimed. If you have lighting like mine, consider replacing the entire assembly - housing, bulb and lens. I did so for $38.50 per fixture from Marine Beam. For that price you get a new housing, red/white led, glass lens and either brass or chrome trim ring ... and each fixture has a built is on/off switch. I sail at night and using the red color I protect my night vision when going below. Also since each fixture has its own switch, I can leave one fixture on in red mode for use as a night light. The new fixtures fit into the existing hole in the liner (without any modification if you opt to not include the off/on switch or requires you to make a small cut out to accommodate the switch). Existing wiring is used without any modification. I do not have any personal interest in Marine Beam, but have been happy with the lights after two seasons. There used to be a discount code "RANGER", not sure if it is still valid. Here is the URL: http://store.marinebeam.com/g4-12v24v-fixture-with.html
