   Your committee would like to thank those who responded in the last
   week. There are still a lot of no replies! We would appreciate if the
   members that have not responded could do so within the next 4 days.
   Please take a couple of minutes over the upcoming holiday weekend to
   let us know your intentions. It is not a commitment, just if you are
   interested or not. So far, 16 boats and 53 folks have expressed an
   interest!!! The 2014 Rendezvous is a definite go and we just need to
   fine tune attendance for planning purposes. Please note there is some
   additional information below.
   Your committee is pleased to announce that all preliminary plans have
   been finalized for the August 1, 2, 3 event at the Holiday Inn,
   Solomonâs Island, MD.
   All Inclusive Registration Fees:
   Adult age 13 and over: $100 each
   Child age 4 through 12: $50 each
   Child age 3 and under: No Charge
   Box Lunches: $8
   Fee includes:
   a.. Friday evening cookout on the Afterdeck,
   b.. Buffet style dinner in Ball room Saturday evening,
   c.. Coffee/donuts/bagels on Afterdeck Sat/Sun morning,
   d.. Racing/awards,
   e.. Wine for visiting 320 boats open house,
   f.. Embroidered ball hat,
   g.. Door Prizes,
   h.. FUN, FUN, FUN!! You will love Solomonâs Island!!
   Holiday Inn Room Rates:
   King or double beds: $119 + 11% tax. Call the front desk and reference
   group code # CI5 to get the discount. Do NOT make reservations through
   the HI website or 800 number. There are other hotels in the nearby area
   (Lusby, Prince Frederick, California, Lexington Park).
   Slip Rates:
   $1.00 per foot, includes use of all hotel facilities.
   Room rates are $99 for anyone getting a slip.
   Call John Landry, Dock Master at Solomons Harbor Marina (located at the
   HI) to make slip reservations at 410-326-1052. He may be a little slow
   getting back to you this time of year.
   We need your help in planning this event. Please respond âinterestedâ
   or ânot interestedâ in attending and if you will probably be coming by
   boat. Please respond within a week or by January 16th. This is not a
   commitment, just need to know for planning purposes.
   A full Schedule of Events is on our website. We will be continuing to
   add information to the website as time goes on, so check back often. On
