</div>I have a similar portable generator,  You will need to get the below adaptor so you can plug in an extension cord into the shore power plug.   Should be able to get this from Defender or West Marine,  ~ $55.00  I use the generator to charge the batteries or heat up the water for a shower on the hook or mooring.
