Cooling water is under pressure from the pump. If you tee into that, I
doubt it would work, and you would likely wind up with a bilge full of
cooling water that is backflushing through the condensate line because
the pump pressure would surely overwhelm the gravity fed condensate
line.
You probably can't tee into the suction side either because it could
allow sea water to siphon into the boat when the AC isn't running. It
could also cause the pump to pull air into the line and lose prime.
