[C320-list] Boat Hook Storage

I keep 2 boat hooks on the hand grip, starboard side of the companionway. Very easy to get to.

I currently stow my boat hook in my quarter locker. I am thinking that it
would be wise to have it more available for emergencies and to use when
coming back to dock, etc.

Does anyone have a place to keep it topsides and readily available and a
method to keep it there securely?
