[C320-list] Boom issues - Sleeves and outhaul

At the bow end of the  boom I have four sleeves that spin fin. I can just
lift out the four sleeves and replace if required. It looks like they simply
spin on a 5/16 rod.

 

At the aft end, a different story. Three of the sleeves are seized. The unit
does not lift out to replace the sleeves or is jammed. How do I replace /
remove the aft sleeves? 

 

The outhaul track jams when pulled all the way back. The car pinches on the
sides of the track. The track appears narrower at the very end and this is
causing the pinching. The rivets seem to have pulled the track in at the end
of the boom. Has anyone fixed or had this problem?
