[C320-list] Waste holding tank sensor

We didn't, but should have.  Last summer while cruising, First Mate kept
saying shouldn't we pump out.  Captain kept insisting the Tank Watch light
wasn't illuminated so wasn't necessary.  Turns out  Tank Watch was
malfunctioning but there's a secondary warning in operation, called
Overflowing Head.  Before that, holding tank starts bulging (the sides are
quite flexible).
