[C320-list] Boom Vang Hydraulic Spring

I may be one of the few who really like the Dutchman, especially when
single-handing, so need the topping lift for that!

I have recently took possesion of new to me hull #1028 and I am wondering
about the need for a topping lift. Can someone explain why we need one while
a rigid boom vang is also installed?
