[C320-list] Prop recommendation

Ok, I have Windrifter on the hard and I got to see below the waterline for
the first time.  She is as pretty below as she is above.

I am looking for some upgrade projects this winter and the first to come to
mind is replacing the small 3 blade prop and would like some
recommendations.  I have a Westerbeke 27 hp motor and it seems like other
boats my size are faster while motoring,  The engine seems to be chugging
along fine but I was hoping to increase speed with a better prop, possibly a
folding one.
