All current subscriptions will be honored regardless of how many years.  Anyone 
expiring before 12/31/14 can renew for one year at the current rate (if renewing 
for multiple years, the new rate applies to the second and later years), and 
anyone expiring after 12/31/14 can renew at the new rate.
