Lou,

This is a common problem on the 320.  Depending on how bad the separation
is you may be able to have it fixed however if it was so bad that all of
the water and then diesel exhaust were leaking I suspect this route will
not be too successful.  You can order a replacement from Catalina Direct.
It is a good thing that you are putting your 320 away for the winter
because these mufflers are made to order and delivery time can be quite
long.  

I have had my 320 for almost 20 years now and have had 2 or 3 muffler
failures during that period requiring replacement.  I use my engine
frequently and have over 2,000 hours on it which may explain why I have
had more issues than your average 320 owner might report.
