Checked line side of it as well.  I think that the fact that I get no power to the push in "outlet" switch is the key.  I just can't figure out why that switch is not feed directly from the 30 amp breaker but rather has both blk wires to to coming on to the panel as part of the large bundle of wires which includes the line in to the 30 amp breaker.   It may also be noted that both GFR breakers will not hold a reset with power on or off.  It's as if all failed at once while not impacting the other circuits that feed of of the 30 amp breaker?
