[C320-list] 2016 San Diego rendezvous

Dick is heading it up again!  He is waiting on approval from CYC due to 
possible construction around that time frame.  We all have heard and know 
about waterfront construction permits...especially in California!!

The possible rendezvous in September 2016 in San Diego sounds FUN.  Years
