[C320-list] Replacement of Jib Halyard

In a belt, suspenders, and lifeline approach to avoiding disconnecting old
and new halyards somewhere inside the mast, in addition to tape and sewing,
I burn/melt both ends and bond them together.  You may lose a couple of
inches off the new one after but it's worth it.
