[C320-list] Max Prop settings for Perkins

Hello All,
 
I currently have hull 174 with the Perkins 30 hp and Hurth Transmission  
with a 3 blade Max Prop.  When motoring at full throttle I only get about  
1900 RPM's.   I have been told I am "over Propped" and should have the  pitch 
settings adjusted.  
 
Does anyone know the correct settings for this configuration?
