[C320-list] Paint Color Inside Locker

[Kaare Wold]

We experienced evidence of "soft paint" used inside the storage locker 
located under the aft stbd side locker.  The hinged seat next to the 
boarding ladder. It is not sticky wet, but will leave marks on our folding 
lawn chairs etc.
