[C320-list] Replace fuel filter

The primary filter is the racor from there follow the fuel line to the fuel
pump.  There is a lever on the pump that you use to pump it.  From there
follow the fuel line to the secondary filter mounted on the engine.  Should
be two bolts on top of the fixture the filter is screwed into.
