I just received the below reply from Boat US that the Cat 320 discount code needs to be renewed

Thanks for your e-mail.  The group number you provided is for Catalina
320 International Association.  You are not able to enter their BoatU.S.
cooperating group number to renew your BoatU.S. Membership because their
accord with us has expired.  Please have a representative from the club
contact us at 800-395-2628 to renew the accord.  Once the accord is
renewed, you'll be able to renew your membership at the cooperating
group dues rate of $15 which is 50% off the regular $30 dues.
