[C320-list] Water leak around sliding companionway hatch

Thanks Mike. I don't remember seeing any tape on the rails so perhaps mine 
is gone too. Will head to the boat to take a look later. Is the tape thick? 
I wonder if that would also reduce the vertical travel of the hatch which 
seems to be able to move a fair amount.

I replaced the sliding hatch Teflon tape that is on top of both rails.  Mine 
had worn away.
