Has anyone replaced their Yanmar 30GM motor mounts?
Have not yet...but it is on our list.

If you keep the same style can you just replace one at a time?
Why wouldn't replace all?... see next answer.

Do to have to re-aline the motor to the shaft ?
Yes, even for one. And the coupling as well, see the Mainsheet article in
the reference materials.
