[C320-list] Hurth to ZF10 replacement

Hello
Our Hurth HDW50 has ceased operating and I have a ZF10 ordered and on the way.  My question is whether anyone has done a replacement without hauling the boat.  We are in North Idaho and services are very limited.  We have Hull #166 Simpatica and the engine/tranny had but 800 hours.  I am not planning on replacing the cutlass bearing as no unusual shaft play or vibration.
