[C320-list] M 30 question

Here is the raw info on the M30 from my records:

Engine: Perkins Perama M30, model KD3024J; Serial: 51554X  (Note: 4/2015 Perkins dist in GB 	says model s/b 5 digits and based order for elbow on KD30244J)
            Rotation: Crankshaft anti-clockwise viewed from the flywheel
		Prop: 15x11 rotates clockwise viewed from aft the prop
		Belt: Gates XL 7340 (.95/1cm x 880cm; 3/8" x 34-5/8") (for AmpTech alternator)
		Note: the belt will be different for the stock Lucas alternator
	Fuel filter: Perkins 130366120, NAPA 3386, Fram 3627
		Note: these are the filters on the engine
	Oil Filter: Perkins 140516990, NAPAGold 1348, Fram PH2951
		Note: these filters have an integral bypass to insure oil flow should the filter 		become compromised. Use no other filter.
	Jabsco F/W pump #29450-1101/1201 (Perkins 1450 16941)
	Impeller:   Dia 2"  Depth 7/8"  Shaft 1/2"
		Globe Composits part #6541 6-blade (Defender.com)
		Jabsco OEM #18673-003 (Nitrile) 10-blade
	Trans: Hurth HBW-50-2R, iA 2.05; iB 1.86 Serial 09-73295, Cap. 10 fl.oz. (0.3lt, 0.29qt)
		Trans Capacity: 10oz; ATF Type-A (any Dexron type ATF should do)
	
There is a shop manual for the Hurth trans on the 320 web site
	Cooling system capacity (exclusive of water heater loop): 1-1/4 gal/US
		Use 50/50 mix of universal auto coolant (buy premixed)
			If you mix yourself, use only distilled water
	Oil capacity: 4 gal/US; 10W30, 15W40, or 20W50

In the mid 1990s, Perkins service in US was with Detroit Diesel. There exists the "100 Series Service Manual" of which I have a copy. There might also be a copy on the web site.

My other books are on the boat, so from memory: Max RPM 3600, cruising RPM 2880.

I've attached a diagram of the M30 wiring harness on my 320. The engine side wire colors may well be the same for any M30.

 A friend of mine just purchased a 1994 Beneteau 321 with a Perkins M30 engine. I believe that many 320's also were powered with this engine. He would like to know what lube oil, oil filter, & atf fluid should be used. I would appreciate it if anyone can provide this info.
