.I recently installed a 22 flat panel on the forward port bulkhead and hid the wires on the port  side rail shelf, the flat panel hd antenna mounted on a stern post with the solar panel array........no complaints then with the unlimited data plan on the cell phones Netflix is great!

Large fender washers at a minimum. If I were to do one there I would consider
putting a small team towel rack there as a disguised backing plate and get dual
