[C320-list] Hot water flow

So today my water tank ran dry, which has happened before. I refilled it as usual. Now i have hardly any hot water flow, cold is fine. When i turn on any of the hot taps, the pump pulsed fairly quickly and i get a bit more than a dribble. I have never had this happen before. I have tried leaving the tap on for a while thinking and air lock was in the system, but it did not get better. Any ideas?
