[C320-list] Rocker switch

This past weekend we discovered the rocker switch on the DC panel that controls my refrigerator is stuck in the "on" position. Simultaneously our refrigerator stopped cooling. Where would I find a replacement rocker switch? Would the defective rocker switch cause the refrigerator not to cool?
