Let me just add to Joe's comments here: 

The door and drawer unit comes out very easily. Just remove all drawers,
then remove all of the screws in the teak frame that hold the assembly
in place and it will lift right out. The same should apply to the shelf
unit below the stove. Be careful when reinstalling that you don't over
tighten any of the screws, or you will strip the threaded openings in
the fiberglass. 

Additionally, FYI - the drawer unit in the aft cabin comes out in a
similar manner, allowing you better access to the head plumbing should
you ever need to get in there.
