[C320-list] Rocker Switch on Aft Cabin Bulkead Lamp

Ahoy Dick.....I fully concure...But I have a penchant for doing 
everything the hardest possible way! Why not use a 2 x 10 when a 2 x 4 
will suffice? Joe
