Marko,

Since you have your boat's Model Year you can narrow down this part.  Since
your boat was built in either 1994 or 1995, somehow I don't think your winch
was made between 1984 and 1989, so the link specified on Defender might not
be the exact part you're looking for.  

I'm fairly certain you can still find this part.  If nothing else, maybe
take one of yours off and see if there's a part number stamped on it.

My boat is a 1995 (304)

What I'm looking for is a part for my Lewmar 30 self tailing winch. The part
I'm looking for is called a stripper ring. It sits between the upper and
lower crown. I have spoken to some of my local suppliers and they have
indicated that Lewmar may have discontinued some older parts. I'd hate to
buy a new winch if I can't find a replacement. On the other hand I may have
to purchase a used winch
