[C320-list] A/C outlets no power

Had the same problem.  Turned out to be my inverter that failed.  As with the GF breakers, test by meter. Power in but not out = bad component.

My batteries are taking a charge via a power cord using an adapter from a standard outlet on shore into the shore power receptacle on the transom but when I plug my phone into an a/c outlet onboard, no power.
