[C320-list] Weight Limit On Observation Seats

Yeah, I have a friend that tops out at well over 300, I guess we'll keep him off those seats.

Stainless tubing is pretty tough stuff…I doubt that Catalina felt compelled to state a limit…just make a rule that if your butt doesn’t fit in the seat , it stays out of it.


fwiw,  I weighed 275 at my max hang our OB on the rail and there was no issue at all.

Now that Summer has finally started we are inviting friends to go sailing, a few of my friends are quite large. Does anybody know if there is a weight limit on the aft rail observation seats and if there is what is it?
