[C320-list] Hot water bypass

I forgot to state where I would consider doing the by pass. The 2 possible
places for the bypass in order of preference are.
1. before the engine input and output lines to the water heater. Just join
the water engine water heater lines together with some 5/8 pipe
2. at the engine: disconnect the heater hoses from the engine and couple
them together with 5/8 pipe then connect a segment if 12" heater hose
between input and output of engine.
