The PV panel is fitted above the bimini, although I experimented with
placing it aft of the bimini and on the stern pulpit.

The panel keeps batteries topped while on a mooring ball. The SunSaver
distributes power from the PV to the double-house battery bank and the
starter battery. This is similar to many other members' systems and works
well.

Cable length is 5-6 m
Cable 2.5 sq-mm
Fuse = 20amp
