[C320-list] Fix for rear facing seawater pump on Yanmar 3GM30

I just came across this kit for fixing the annoying inaccessible raw 
water impeller on our Yanmar 3GM30F engines.

  Seems like a good upgrade.  However, I can't find any pricing or US 
distributor information.  Anyone have any experience with this product?
