You can buy a low voltage cut-out - they are very common in auto-applications such as vehicles with ancillary electrical services such as a tail-lift to prevent run down of the battery.  I believe the fridge auto cuts out at about 10.? V but thats too late to protect your battery.

Google low voltage disconnector and look in ‘shopping’ results. Purpose made units or ones you can get from eBay where you cans et the voltage.

I was told never to discharge below 50% which is approx. 12.2v; however that is steady state voltage-  if the current is being drawn when voltage is being measured you  will get a much lower reading. I guess I’d set it to about 11.8v maybe if I had one, but that is a guess - others may know better
