Thanks. I found this one from Blue Sea.

12.1v is the default disconnect. It comes with an override switch and an
option for alarm output which may be useful since my neighbor is a live
aboard and he could give me a call if he hears the alarm go off when I
forget to plug in my boat or I loose breaker power at the dock.
