[C320-list] Circuit breaker ratings?

Not sure if we aren't crossed-wires here (no pun intended!)

On my panel at least (1996 vintage) the push on/push off breakers are only on the AC side.

The breakers to which I was referring are the DC side, and only pop out when the rating is exceeded.

I cant post a picture here, but if you cut and paste this link into a browser its an image of a panel similar to mine

You can just see the black lines that show how each DC breaker links to several different switches for different services.

Anyway I have decide to resolve the problem by using a 20Amp fused relay, similar to this

but  fitted with a blade circuit breaker instead of a fuse.

The Nav/Com switch will run the low current 12v wire to the relay, which can then switch on a dedicated supply protected by the 20A circuit breaker.

Plenty of room to fit this behind the panel and very inexpensive
